Still the Hunger - Evening Support Group
We operate a holistic, evening support programme for men and women who work or are in full time education, and who are dealing with mental health issues. This programme is based on Christian principles.
Our aim is to equip adults with the necessary skills to overcome debilitating patterns of destructive thinking and behaviours, enabling them to take responsibility for themselves and take an active role within society.
We work alongside individuals overcoming dysfunctional coping mechanisms, such as:
- Eating disorders
- Self-harm
- Anxiety
- Depression
- Negative patterns of thinking and behaviour
- PTSD and C-PTSD
- Body Dysmorphic Disorder (BDD)
- Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID) and other dissociative disorders
