Arthritis Matters
Promotes and protects the physical and mental health of sufferers of arthritis in Reading and the surrounding area through providing support and welfare, education and practical advice, financial assistance in supporting various activities to people with arthritis and to advance the education of the general public. Runs Tai Chi lessons and hydrotherapy sessions which help sufferers of arthritis stay flexible and helps mobility and balance. We also organise social events where people can meet and chat and get information and advice.
