This is for young disabled people living in Reading aged 18-25 and their parents and carers. It is organised by Adult Social Care.

Wednesday 5th December 2018

5.30 – 7 pm

The Avenue School, Conwy Close, Tilehurst, Reading

There will be snacks.

Katie Laws will talk about how young people will be supported as they approach adulthood and you can say what you think. You can also say what you would like to talk about next time.

Katie is a social worker and is the lead for young people approaching adulthood.
