Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) - Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust

Here are the details of our upcoming participation groups and meetings.  

We would love to have you involved:

Tuesday the 22nd of August: CAMHS Participation and leaders meeting and lunch.  Midday - 2pm, at Reading CAMHS, 3-5 Craven Road, RG1 5LF.  This is a chance for young people, parents/carers, and family members to meet the CAMHS management team - Clinical leaders and operational managers - ask questions, and enjoy lunch:).  Do let me know by the 17th of August if you are planning to join us, making me aware of any dietary requirements, if you've not done so already.

Thursday the 21st of September:  Participation group, 6pm - 7pm, at Wokingham Hospital, 41 Barkham Road, Clinic Building, RG41 2RE.

Wednesday the 11th of October: Participation workshop for Children, young people, and family services (CYPF), 9:30am - 1pm, Central Berkshire venue (tbc).  This workshop is open for parents/carers and young people wishing to share their experience of participation, inspire staff within CYPF services to involve their service users within decision making in their service, and learn more about CYPF services.  This is a good opportunity for those wishing to add to their CV:).  Do let me know if you would like to support this workshop.

Tuesday the 17th of October: CAMHS service away day.  Current and former CAMHS service users, parents/carers and family members are invited to join the CAMHS staff team as we work together to the develop the service during this whole day event. Venue to be confirmed.​
