FREE Stop Smoking Service

Offering face to face and online support.

We offer one to one support to individuals wishing to quit smoking in Reading. Support include:

  • Pregnancy support
  • Carbon monoxide testing
  • Quit Bella App 24/7 support
  • Advice on NRT (patches gum etc..)
  • and much more...

Our specially trained advisors are always on hand to offer motivation and help for smokers throughout their quit journey at venues convenient for them. We have clinics in various locations across Reading including GP surgeries, supermarkets and workplaces.

Some of these clinics are out of hours and if you are housebound through ill health then we can provide online or phone support from the comfort of your home or workplace or offer a home visit. Giving up smoking is not easy and a busy work schedule can make it even more difficult to make time to consider taking up help to quit.

Smokefreelife Berkshire can tailor support to suit you according to your availability. We have a diverse team of Advisors who can offer support in various languages in Bengali, Gujurati, Hindi, Punjabi, Urdu, Polish.

For more information about the service and support available call: 0118 449 2026 Text QUIT to 66777 or visit: https://www.smokefreelifeberkshire.com/

You can view or download the Smoke Free Generation flyers from this page in a number of languages.  The Smoke Free Generation campaign encourages parents to create the first smokefree generation, by not smoking around children:
