Berkshire West Your Way is part of Together, a national charity working alongside people with mental health issues on their journey to leading fulfilling and independent lives.

We offer short-term one to one support, peer support in groups or on a one-to-one basis, self-managment groups and signpost and link to social and sporting activities. We regularly recruit volunteer peer supporters

Referral Details

Our referral process is straightforward and timely for clients and professionals.

Please find thereferral form attached to download. If referring a client, the form should be completed together with as much detail as possible and it is helpful and more time effective if their risk assessment can be attached and sent at the same time.  

Clients can self-refer and be referred by family and friends.

We have an open door service (at Rupert Square) for new enquiries and referrals on Mondays 10am - 12pm
