St Mungo's - Reading Rough Sleeper Outreach Service
Reading Rough Sleeper Outreach Service helps and supports people to move them off the streets by providing support, advice and referrals around housing, health, drug and alcohol use and reconnection to your home area.
St Mungo’s can assist with referrals into supported accommodation for those who are sleeping rough and meet the eligibility criteria.
Referral information:
Streetlink 0300 500 0914 - connects rough sleepers to local services
Self referrals, agency referrals and referrals by general public/businesses. Via phone-call and email, agency referral form or be advising a rough sleeper to attend a drop-in at:
Tuesday - 9:30am - 11am
Wednesday - 3pm - 5pm
Thursday - 9:30am - 11am
Friday - 11 am - 1pm
