At Care4uWE Ltd, we support people with Learning Disabilities and Mental Health problems to live the lives they choose. We make sure we learn what matters to our service users, what they want to do with their lives and then we help them make this happen.
This includes any tasks that will help the person keep independent and feel part of the community:
- Help with shopping
- help to get out and about for day to day activities / day centres
- Help to attend appointments (hospital, GP surgery etc...)
- Help with cleaning / meal preparation
- Help with filling form
