Dimensions - Reading Short Breaks and Outreach

Reading short breaks and outreach

Dimensions Outreach provides support for people with learning disabilities and people who experience autism. Our aim is to support people to become more independent, to learn new skills and be part of their community.

At Loddon Court, we provide personalised respite and outreach services. Our dedicated support team supports people to have a nice and relaxed break in a safe and person-centred environment, providing respite for their families.
We work with the people we support and their families to make their stay something to look forward to.

Respite: This provision of support is for overnight stays at Loddon Court Short Break, the number of nights will be dependent on what is needed and agreed within that persons Support Plan/Personal Budget. There is the opportunity to participate in a number of activities both within the service or within the local community.

Holidays have also been planned which has enabled people who attend Loddon Court Short Break an alternative type of respite.
