Employability Programme

The Employability Programme is located at Reading Madejski Stadium Reading FC.

The Royals employability programme offers young adults, aged 16-25, the opportunity to take part in a 12-week work readiness programme.

During the 12 week programme, participants will:

  • Develop and learn new skills like communication and teamwork
  • Improve confidence, motivation and self-esteem
  • Complete work experience
  • Overcome any potential barriers to employment
  • Gain an employability and personal development Level 1 Qualification
  • Develop an up to date CV

The Royals 12 week programme currently runs two cohorts per year. The next course will start on 30th SEPTEMBER 2019, if you or a young person you know is interested, please get in touch using the contact details below.
