This is aimed at young people aged 16 - 24 years who are experiencing mental health issues (including autism and learning disabilities) or need additional support to get into employment, education and training or to gain basic skills, refer them to Elevate’s extended support programme as there is a grant available to pay for practical support that can bring them closer to the world of employment. The team will be flexible and creative in order to maximise the number of young people that can benefit.
