Still the Hunger (Mental Health Recovery Programme)
We operate a holistic, daytime recovery programme for men and women with enduring mental health issues, that is based on Christian principles.
Our aim is to equip adults with the necessary skills to overcome debilitating patterns of destructive thinking and behaviours, enabling them to take responsibility for themselves and take an active role within society.
We work alongside individuals overcoming dysfunctional coping mechanisms, such as:
- Eating disorders
- Self-harm
- Anxiety
- Depression
- PTSD and C-PTSD
- Body Dysmorphic Disorder (BDD)
- Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID) and other dissociative disorders
