Peppard House is registered for seven adults with moderate to severe learning disabilities and associated complex needs. It is a large, detached house of considerable character, close to Caversham Village and the River Thames, with Reading town centre just one mile away.
The accommodation is over three floors. There are three single bedrooms on the ground floor, one of which has en-suite facilities, and four bedrooms on the first floor. On the third floor are a sensory room, separate bathroom and staff office.
Further accommodation includes a large lounge, dining room, three bathrooms and two sensory rooms. At the rear of the house is the recreation room, where service users can enjoy arts and crafts, relaxation and music activities
