Berkshire Hidden Carers Campaign - freephone support line

The aim of the campaign is to ensure that people who are carrying out caring responsibilities recognise themselves as carers and get the help available to them.

They may not see themselves as being in need of services and many may feel that they are simply carrying out ordinary responsibilities as part of a family.

GP practices can also to help to identify carers through maintaining their Carers Registers. This helps to improve a carer’s quality of life and to ensure they stay well themselves.

Call the freephone hotline for advice or guidance

Calls are answered by Signal4Health and callers will be directed to the most relevant organisation or service who can help.
