New Summer Cricket session starting this Thursday (12th July) in Reading – Prospect Park! Every Week until the end of August!

Sport in Mind is starting a new Summer Cricket session in Reading

Thursday - 11.00am - 12.30pm at Prospect Park Liebenrood Reading RG30 2ND (Meet in the car park by Pavilion)

For anyone over 18 experiencing mental health problems and carers (Running until 16th August, the following week we will have a Berkshire wide cricket tournament in Windsor).

Sport in Mind delivers free sport and physical activity sessions to help people experiencing mental health issues (18+). All our session are delivered by qualified coaches and are drop-in sessions, so no need to book in advance. They are open to all abilities, with the aim of having fun in a safe and supported environment. We provide all the equipment so participants will just need to wear comfy clothes and maybe bring a bottle of water!
