An event to mark Carers Week 2017 in Reading. Come and join us for an informative programme and find out how local services support carers in Reading.
The programme includes:

• Talk on fire safety
• Topic groups: Dementia, Mental Health, Mindfulness, Learning Disabilities, Citizen Advice Reading (benefits)
• Carer's Self-Assessment update
• Social isolation
• Assistive technology (help to live at home)
• Dance and relaxation

In addition, there will be blood pressure checks from the Stroke Association and pampering sessions.
