People will be invited to look at how to deal with loss while maintaining wellbeing. There will be guest speakers, as well as relaxed and friendly discussion groups. The community event is taking place in the Hexagon (lower foyer), between 10am-2:30pm.

Tuesday 22nd May 12pm- Anorexia, Hope Virgo will be sharing her personal experience of recovering from anorexia and answering questions from the audience. Although aimed primarily at people working in mental health this talk is open to members of he public as well.
