Mental Health Awareness Week 14th- 20th May

This year theĀ focus for Mental Health Awareness Week is stress. Research shows that 16 million people experience a mental health problem each year and stress is a key factor in this.

Tackling stress goes a long way in helping to also tackle problems such as anxiety and depression, and in some instances, self-harm and suicide.

In Reading, there will be local events during the week to look at how we can manage stress and improve our mental health and flyers will be sent out when all the details are confirmed.
