WORK SKILLS & MENTORING PROGRAMME FOR ADULT REFUGEES IN READING

As part of the program, you will work on a project assigned by Thames Water that will help you enhance your English language skills, particularly in a business context. The project will culminate in a presentation on the last day of the program. Throughout the program, you will be paired with a mentor who will provide coaching and support. Additionally, you will have access to workshops that will help you develop your work skills, including CV and interview preparation.
