Health Walks at Palmer Park - until early October 2021

We are now back with summer to put ‘Best Foot Forward’ with you.

Health walk is a wonderful form of nature exercise that can keep you healthy, living longer and can put a smile on your face. It helps your heart and lungs work better, lower your blood pressure, keep your weight down, keep your joints, muscles and bones strong and more.

The Health Walks will run until Friday 8th October 2021 by 08:45 am for 90 minutes.  Participants will be meeting at Palmer Park from 8am, up front of the Palmer’s statue.

We will welcome you with providing a free bottle (500 ml) of still water. We will brief you the health walk benefits to your health connecting to nature. A short participants' assessment will be done before we start the health walk. You are welcome to join this fantastic event, it’s all free.

If you need any further information regarding this event, please don’t hesitate to keep in touch with us.
