Additional information

The Council works with service providers across Reading in the best interests of service users and residents.  The Council has run formal tender processes for care providers. This has resulted in the Home Care Framework and the Supported Living Framework.

The Council works closely with these providers to regularly monitor the quality and performance of the service they provide.

The ‘Approved’ logo is assigned to those providers who have been assessed as meeting the agreed criteria covered by a framework application process.

You can find those providers on this website under the category Personal Care & Supported Services.
