World Mental Health Day - 10th October 2023

No5 - Young People's Mental Health

Join us on 10th October, World Mental Health Day, and be part of the first #BePurpleDay to raise funds for local young people’s mental health!

World Mental Health Day is celebrated across the globe, and this year we are highlighting local young people’s mental health.

By wearing purple this World Mental Day, you will show local young people that their mental health matters and that they aren’t alone!

Free Mental Health Resources

We have put together resources and tips to help support your mental health and the mental health of the young people around you this World Mental Health Day. The pack includes self-care resources, videos created by our Young Ambassadors, 5 wellbeing tips and printable materials!

Take Part in Fundraising!

Why not turn your #BePurpleDay plans into a fundraiser for No5 so we can continue to support local young people through our counselling and outreach support?

The pack contains ideas, resources and a handy checklist to help you get started with your fundraising plans!
