A chance for plantaholics to get together to enjoy talks on hardy perennials in gardens, to gain tips on plant associations, propagation, cultivation, etc. We also have trips to interesting gardens and specialist nurseries.

The objects of the society are to promote the study, conservation, propagation, and cultivation of cacti and other succulent plants. New members always welcome. Quarterly journal available.
Members enjoy: free talks on horticultural topics, a trading shed selling composts etc. at a competitive price, outings to gardens and exhibiting at an autumn show. The society also arranges two plant sales a year.
