There are a range of services available to families through Brighter Futures for Children, where they can offer support and help, and you don’t have to be in a crisis to ask for this help.
Specialist help and support can be accessed through Early Help by contacting the Children's Action Teams using their Early Help Assessment or by calling 0118 9373641. The Children and Young People’s Disabilities Team assesses and supports children and young people between the ages of 0-18. The team comprises of Social Care professionals and Occupational Therapists.
From the age of 18-25 young adults are supported by the Adult Social Care Team. Tel: 0118 9373747
