Pottery with Compass Recovery College
Compass Recovery College offer several creative outlets, but by far our most popular is our pottery course. Now run over 10 weeks our students get an opportunity to try lots of different techniques, making plates, cups, vases, decorative birds and much more.
During these sessions attendees get to meet new people with shared interests and challenges, in a non-clinical environment.
There is no pressure to talk but over the weeks many people choose to open up and make connections, share experiences and make new friends.
Pottery is great for building confidence and breaking down that harsh inner critic, a great start for working on many mental health challenges that we tackle in our other courses.
Our Pottery courses run multiple times through the term, so get registered, add your name to the waiting list for the next run and learn a new skill!
