Healthwise is a healthy lifestyle programme. It comprises of Physical Activity Referral Scheme and Phase IV Cardiac Rehab.
Healthwise is designed to introduce individuals to the benefits of exercise and support those wishing to manage health conditions or reduce risk factors for chronic disease.
Better’s firm belief that physical activity at appropriate levels can have a beneficial effect upon the health of an individual underpins our commitment to the provision of a GP referral programme across our leisure centres.
Who is Healthwise for?
The scheme is for Reading residents, registered with a Reading GP doctors surgery / hospital department. It is designed to assist people with medical conditions or other specialist requirements.
Our team of Healthwise advisors will work with you to offer the most appropriate programme for your individual health needs.
