Sport in Mind ~ Outdoor Activities in August 2020

Sport in Mind is very happy to be able to start offering activities to people experiencing mental health issues again. We know how much fun and enjoyment participants (and coaches) have, how it promotes both physical and mental wellbeing and is such a positive element in the recovery process.

But obviously times are different at the moment and so we are starting cautiously with outdoor activities which can take place socially distanced. We have rigorous risk assessments as keeping everyone safe is of the upmost importance.
