Depression Xpression

Depression Xpression is a peer support group for people with depression and other mental health issues in the Reading and Wokingham area. Our meetings are completely free of charge and everyone is welcome without the need for referral. We aim to provide a safe and confidential environment where everyone is listened to and treated with respect.

Every second Monday of the month: 7.30pm at RISC, 35-39 London Street, Reading, RG1 4PS.

Please book your free place for the above meetings through Eventbrite

We also meet informally (no booking needed) every Friday morning for coffee: 11.00am – 12.30pm at The Biscuit Factory, Broad Street Mall, Reading RG1 7QE
