  • Are you a homeowner with a spare room?
  • Are you looking for up to 10 hours per week of help?

Contact Remarkable Homeshare now!

Our aim is to give people peace of mind and quality of life in their own home. We do this by matching Householders, who have a spare room and who need support, with kind and helpful Homesharers who need somewhere to live, at minimal cost to both parties.

Please click here to download our leaflet to find out more and responses to the following questions:

  • Is this suitable for me?
  • How much does it cost?
  • How can I be confident this will work for me?
  • More info about homesharing

Homesharers come from a variety of backgrounds and are usually either in employment or are studying. The important thing is that they have a kind and caring disposition. They must be able to provide up to 10 hours per week of help to the Householder and in return they pay no rent, just our monthly fee.

Here are a few examples of the kind of support that can be offered:

  • Companionship
  • Light housework
  • Shopping
  • Cooking
  • Gardening
  • Looking after pets
  • Support with technology
  • Help getting to appointments or going to see friends
  • The reassurance of another person in the house
