Willow House (Salvation Army)

A service for people who are homeless and need support.

38 beds in Stage One of the Homeless Pathway, offering the Intensive and Engaging Support Service, which includes a central hub offering emergency assessment beds, 24/7 supported hostel accommodation and support services.

  • Staffed 24 hours a day
  • Allocated key-worker
  • Good links with other support services in the area

Access to the service is by referral only through the Access Panel.  For details about the Access Panel, please contact the Housing Advice Team at Reading Borough Council on 0118 937 2165.
