NACCC ~ National Association of Child Contact Centres

NACCC is the national organisation for child contact centres in England, Wales, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.

Child contact centres are safe, friendly and neutral places where children of separated families can enjoy contact with their non-resident parents and sometimes other family members.

Are you finding it hard to sort contact arrangements out ...

  • because your children are still experiencing conflict between you and your ex-partner
  • because you and your ex-partner are unable to agree on contact arrangements
  • because there has been no contact for a long time
  • because you can't or don't want to see your ex-partner
  • or for other reasons ?

A Child Contact Centre may be able to help.

Child Contact Centres are there for the child(ren) to maintain or re-establish contact. As parents, it may be that trust has broken down or communication may have become difficult.

If there is a risk of harm to children then a Supervised service needs to be used. If you need a neutral venue for contact then you may use a Supported service.

Please visit the NACCC website for more detail on the types of contact available not all centres will be able to offer all the services the majority will have a handover. Check with the centre you are hoping to use, the services they are able to offer.
