In Move it or Lose it class we focus on FABS - FLexibility, Aerobic (Low impact), Balance and Strength to improve mobility, improve posture, improve range of movements, reduce stiffness, improve cardiovascular health, prevent falls, reduce a loss of muscle mass and bone density, prevent ostheophorosis and generally improve our health.
