Great Western Railway (GWR) - Travel Training for people with SEND

Try-a-train
At GWR, we want our railway to be accessible for everyone, but we appreciate some people feel it is not for them or are anxious about station environments and rail travel.
Our aim is to show that rail travel is open to all members of the community.
We have a dedicated accessibility team whose primary focus is to work with groups or individuals who need a little extra guidance and reassurance before travelling independently.
We offer tours of a station near you followed by a short train trip and can provide a bespoke approach according to your individual needs.
This service is completely free. Interested? Find out what we can do for you by contacting accessibilitymentors@gwr.com We look forward to welcoming you aboard.
