Train Travel Confidence Training - from Great Western Railway (GWR)
At Great Western Railway we provide Travel Training and Try a Train events for people with disabilities who want to build their confidence travelling by train.
If you have no experience or only a little it doesn't matter as we work with you to help your understanding of what to expect, whether buying tickets or boarding trains we are here to help you.
Working with individuals or groups, our sessions are tailored for the accessibility considerations of those we are working with on the day. Running sessions in schools or community centres, visits to stations or trips on trains, we want disabled people to feel confident in traveling by train and build their understanding to take steps towards independent travel.
