Reading Lions Club Firework Display -Friday November 4th

The Lions Club of Reading have their annual Fireworks Spectacular at the ground of Reading City FC on Scours Lane (just off Oxford Road) in Reading each November.

We are back in 2022 on Friday November 4th with a spectacular fireworks display lighting up the sky at 7:30pm

A family ticket purchased in advance is just £18 for up to 2 adults and 3 children (5-15 years old).  Adult tickets are for everyone aged 16 years and older, and children’s tickets are for 5-15 year olds.  Under 5s are admitted free of charge, and don’t require a ticket.

And there’s plenty to do before the fireworks display, with small fairground rides for the children, hot food and drink stalls and a licensed bar.

There’s further fun with face painting and other activities. And if you have Halloween outfits, keep them out and wear them, as there are prizes for the best-dressed children!

Gates are open at 5:30pm, and it’s best to arrive early, to give yourself plenty of time to get parked and on the site ahead of the fireworks.

And it’s easy to get to, with parking available in the surrounding area (the usual Stadium Way car park is not available this year), as well as being on the Sky Blue 16 routse and close to Purple 17 route from Reading Town Centre. Reading Lions Fireworks Spectacular 2022

Wokingham Firework Display Saturday 5th November

The fun starts at 5.30pm when the funfair opens on Cantley Field for those who choose not to join the procession.  This year the funfair promises to be even bigger than ever with many rides for young children, as well as scary rides for the older ones!

At 6:00pm the torchlight procession leaves from Market Place in the town centre. The procession will be led by St Sebastian’s band and various local dignitaries.  If you have never attended the procession we strongly recommend it. The sight of several thousand people with 500 flaming torches walking down Broad Street is truly memorable!

The fireworks start at 7:30pm on Cantley Field and the display will be bigger and better than ever and sure to wow the audience just like previous years.
