The Berkshire Care Home

The Berkshire Care Home offers different levels of care to suit a range of needs, from nursing and palliative care to shorter term intermediate care, respite or post-operative care.

The home has a team of registered nurses and well trained, dedicated, care assistants who provide an excellent standard of 24-hour care.

Situated in a prominent position, easy accessible for public transportation and with ample parking, The Berkshire is a well equipped, comfortable home. Featuring a bright, spacious, main lounge and large, mature, landscaped gardens with furnished patio.

Residents can enjoy the fresh air in one of our delightful outdoor areas, whether helping out with the plants and herbs or experiencing the sights, sounds and smells of our sensory garden.

Most of the ensuite bedrooms have excellent garden views, and some have french doors or large picture windows. Residents are encouraged to personalise their rooms, and can even choose their own colour scheme to make them feel more at home. All rooms have Four Season's standard features such as thermostatic radiators, smoke detectors, televisions and 24-hour call systems.
