AgeUK Reading Dementia Clubs
Age UK Reading is offering groups based on the Maintenance Cognitive Stimulation Therapy (MCST) model, supporting older people living with mild to moderate dementia.
Cognitive Stimulation is the only non-drug treatment recommended to improve cognition, independence and well-being by the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE).
Face to face sessions are £23 each (including a light lunch)
The groups can accommodate people with or without a formal dementia diagnosis; please speak to AgeUK Reading for more information or to register your interest.
