Dance Classes specifically for disabled children and young adults

About chance to dance

We are a unique dance school, that prides our self in adapting movement and music for all children and young adults with a disability. Giving them access  to a dance school that is structured and designed around who they are and their needs. These children and young adults are a true inspiration to me and my team.  

What to Expect

Welcome circle
Introduce everyone - a chance for the students to meet others and to develop upon communication
Warm up
Corner and floor work
Dance routine incorporating various dance styles
Cool down and Relaxation
Sensory play

The students will practice the routines each week and then perform for parents and family friends in a showcase once a year if they wish.

Hip Hop/ Street
Ballet 
Theatrical
Jazz

We use all the above throughout the sessions, however we accommodate movement to the students ability. Please be aware that not one type is taught at a time.

When: Saturdays, fortnightly Booking essential.

If you feel your child is in the wrong ability class please talk to the teacher to discuss a trail movement. However all decisions are at the dance teachers discretion and is final. Please do talk to me, always happy to help.

Bracknell: The Warren Community Centre in the Dorothy Hayes Room.
Whitton Road, Martin's Heron, Bracknell, RG12 9TZ.
You can use Tesco's car park as they offer 3 hours free parking. Costa is also on site. 

CHANCE TO DANCE - NEW CLASS!!

From 12th May 2018 Chance to Dance will be offering a parent/carer group for children and young people who require 1:1 support, regardless of age or disability, to access a movement and music dance class. With the support of their parent/carer. 

Classes will be held 9am till 10am on Saturdays at Reading, Coley Park Youth and Community Centre.
