Bell Tower Community Association

The association was founded in 2005, to promote the interests of residents and businesses in the streets around E. P. Collier Primary School, off Caversham Road.

The Association organises regular public meetings and social events, along with activities to improve the environment such as graffiti cleaning and promotion of Reading Blooms.

Our events are held at various locations around the Caversham Road area, including outdoor events such as our annual street party.
