Reading Sports and Leisure

All Reading Spor & Leisure facilities are now managed by BETTER.

Organised activities for people with learning disabilities, older people and other groups to encourage people to get active, have fun and stay healthy.

Reading Sport & Leisure offers sport and leisure venues across Reading including:

  • Meadway Sports Centre
  • Palmer Park Sports Stadium
  • South Reading Leisure Centre

Facilities help improve fitness levels at our gyms, as well as a broad range of exercise classes for all abilities at our studios across Reading. In addition, we run a number of sports courses, classes and sessions for both adults and children.

Our activities are suitable for all abilities and are intended to be inclusive for children and young people with SEND, and their families. Please contact your chosen centre directly if you wish to discuss individual requirements.
