Family Mindfulness Meditation - Caversham

“A fusion of East and West cultures benefits Families”

Local charity East-West Kids-Connect offer a range of holistic preventative education services, which benefit the mental health and well-being of children, young people and families, through training in meditation and mindfulness techniques. The practical sessions help you to manage distractions, attachments, stress, anxiety, anger, depression, low self-esteem, pain and addiction, which can often lead to dependency on substances including alcohol, illicit drugs and medications. Meditation also unites all faiths and non-faiths alike.
