Swings & Smiles – New Wellbeing Group for Siblings of Children/Young People with SEND

A great opportunity for siblings of children and young people with special needs. For any secondary school aged siblings who might benefit from an online wellbeing course.

I am a Sibling Support worker at Swings and Smiles , a charity based in West Berkshire, and we provide help and support for young siblings aged 5-18.

We are very excited to have been awarded funding from Children in Need to run a brand new Wellbeing Group just for Siblings – delivered online with the very experienced Trina from My Mighty Mind this group teaches you ways to be happier, more confident and have positive and healthy mental wellbeing.

It doesn’t matter if you haven’t been to a Swings & Smiles SIBSupport group before, I will be online too and it will be a great way to meet us and find out a bit more about what we do too.

To see the sorts of things that might be covered please visit  or you can contact us for more details.

We’ll also be sending out some great resources so you can feel super supported at home.

The groups will be running from 4-5pm on the following dates 22nd Feb, 1st, 8th,15th, 22nd, 29th March, W/c 5th April date tbc and 12th April – to get the maximum benefit from the group we would ask that you commit to attending all of the sessions.

If you would like to book a place for your child please contact me by Monday 15th February – I will then be in touch to confirm their place and other details to do with the course.
