Choice Supported Living
Choice Supported Living provides supported living and community support services for people with a learning disability, mental health conditions and complex needs who live in their own homes.
We have established a reputation for successully supporting people whose behaviour may be seen as challenging or who have physical or specialist needs, including those with Autism and enduring mental health problems.
We operate services in Berkshire. We can provide advice on Personalisation and Self Directed Support.
In everything we do, we are dedicated to providing high quality care and support services to the people we support and their families and support networks to enable each person to make choices, take control of their own lives and enjoy living life to the full.
Choice Supported Living is part of Choice Care Group.
We have dedicated transition homes to support young people leaving school to prepare for their adult lives as well as annex style accommodation for those who may find it difficult to live with others.
With so many styles of accommodation and support packages available and a creative approach to finding solutions, we are able to develop a service that fully meets each person’s needs and support them to achieve their desired outcomes.
