Parenting Special Children - Transition to Adulthood Workshops
Transition to Adulthood
Transition to adulthood is a whole new world to navigate!
At Parenting Special Children we are parents/carers of children with special needs/disabilities and we also need to know more about this very important stage of life.
We are delivering termly workshops on Transition to Adulthood. These are funded by the Berkshire West Autism and ADHD Support Service, in partnership with Autism Berkshire.
They are available for families registered with a Berkshire West NHS GP surgery (Reading, West Berkshire, Wokingham). You can check your GP surgery here: Berkshire West GP Surgeries
We have a set up a dedicated Facebook page for local and national information and resources. Search on Facebook for @psctransition
Check website for dates of workshops.
Covid Precautions: Please do not attend if you are unwell.
