Cedar Hope Care Services Ltd Professional Led Respite Service
Welcome to Cedar Hope Care Services Ltd, we are a CQC Regulated and professional led organization and we provide supported living, respite, live in care, support in the community for children, young people and adults from 0 to 18 and 18 and over.
We support clients who present with a wide range of needs and challenges such as personal care and special needs and conditions such as autism, mental health, challenging behaviour, learning disabilities, epilepsy and incontinence.
We also provide supported living for young people 16 to 25 years old under our transitional pathway programme, this service is mainly to support young people transitioning from children services to adult care services whose needs fall within the CQC regulated service sector.
We transport all clients who need respite.
