Enjoy a free walk and socialise at the same time
With graded walks to suit all levels of fitness abilities, from gentle walks, to a quicker pace there is something for everyone. The weekly or monthly walks are led by qualified and experienced walk leaders.
Walking is a great way to discover your local community, the surrounding areas and areas of natural beauty farther afield. You also get to meet new people, increase fitness and benefit your health.
On your first attendance a short registration form will need to completed.
