Thames Valley Police Museum
Thames Valley Police has a small museum at the White House, at the Thames Valley Police training centre in Sulhamstead.
The museum includes displays on the history of Thames Valley Police and the five police forces that merged to form it: Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Oxford City, Oxfordshire and Reading Borough. The museum's collections include items from the Great Train Robbery of 1963, uniforms, equipment, medals, photographs, scenes of crime evidence, and occurrence and charge books. Please contact the provider for opening times.
Visits are by appointment only, except non appointment Wednesdays 10am-12pm Group visits - £3.00 per person. School visits - no charge.
