TrustonTap Care Services

Affordable Care and Support on Tap

TrustonTap is committed to delivering exceptional, high quality home care. We help older and vulnerable people to live independently in their own homes with a choice of hourly, overnight and live-in care.

The experienced and handpicked carers deliver excellent service to people in later life who are seeking support to stay living in their own homes, either for the short -term or for a regular arrangement. Whether it is personal care, dementia support, help with cooking or companionship, TrustonTap will try to match clients with a suitable local carer who can provide support when required.

By connecting families directly, without the need for a care agency, care is more affordable to the client and the TrustonTap team of self-employed personal assistants are well rewarded for the brilliant work they do. Care recipients value the consistency of care and the close relationship they are able to have with their TapTeam carer.

We have a team of over 250 professional carers who are keen to provide care and support to older and vulnerable care recipients across Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire

Other notes

We know that finding suitable help can often be very difficult and we are determined to grow a care business that can improve the way in which we look after one another across our communities. We want to make it easier to get trusted and reliable help whenever people want it. We want to give people choice and control over who provides their care and support and to ensure that fantastic service is provided on every visit.

Across the team, we have met many retired people who wish to stay living independently in their own homes but who need a bit of help on small day to day tasks. Whether this is just occasional care , assistance to change a light bulb, pick up a prescription, help with paperwork or simply to have someone to chat to, it is good to have someone who can come around to help.

We now have a trusted TapTeam who will deliver excellent service to older people in their own homes, whether it is a one- off task or a regular arrangement. We have used the latest technology to ensure that we can deliver that service at a lower cost whilst also ensuring that our wonderful, hand-picked TapTeam assistants are paid a good rate for the brilliant work they do
