Tai Chi (Reading Taijiquan Academy)

Authentic local Tai Chi classes taught in friendly and welcoming environment. The original Chen style Tai Chi taught by Viki Lloyd who learned from Chinese instructors and regularly travels to China to improve her knowledge. Everyone welcome to join and begin to improve their fitness, health & well being. Relaxed lessons with plenty of guidance and information to support and help with learning and practising. All levels, complete beginner to advanced. Basic health exercises, basic relaxation methods,  stretching exercises and basic Form practice. For advanced students weapons Forms & push hands practice.
