We are a not for proft community group. Green HEalth helps people to improve their mental health by 'green' means.

Our Horticultiral Therapist teaches gardening skills. People can start with one to one teaching and then, of they are comfortable, progress to small groups, no bigger than four people.

In wet weather we go into our plastic poly tunnel or have indoor classroom sessions.

You are welcome to bring along a friend, carer or family member to the first few visits. Please just let us know that you will be bringing them along. You can also bring a health professional for your first visit.

We ask people to join us for two sessions a week. This will normally last for 2 hours each.

You can ask your health worker to refer you or you can refer yourself.
