Cornerstones - A2Dominion Extra Care Scheme
RBC: Home Care and Support Framework (HCSF) Provider: Gold Standard
Cornerstones is an extra care scheme based in Reading. It offers a selection of self-contained studio, one and two bedroom flats designed to help residents retain as much independence and control of their lives as possible. Residents can continue to enjoy their social pursuits in a safe and secure environment, giving peace of mind to themselves and their families.
Our extra care schemes are designed to provide a real alternative to residential care for frail and vulnerable older persons. Our care and support packages offer flexibility for those who are finding their homecare services provision no longer practical nor economical.
